 Alright to use for transportingNov 21, 2009
The cart is functional for transporting by rolling but could be more stable and easier to convert the cart from rolling position to standing position. It's nearly impossible to convert back to standing position.

If you have a baby weber then you should probably get the cart for it. I suppose any table would suffice, but this does make it easy to move around. I've never actually towed my grill anywhere but apparently you can auto-bot transform this thing from a standing cart to a luggage style rolling cart.

I purchased the grill, cart and cover. I live in a hurricane prone area of the country and my entire house is electric. After last years hurricane, and subsequent power loss, I decided I needed a back up plan.
The cart was delivered faster than projected. It was also easy to assemble and fits the Q-100 perfectly. It looks good too! My only reason for not rating it a 5 is I wish is was a little taller. I am 5'6 and have to bend a little to use the grill.

This cart works with a variety of the Q models. It is probably great for the Q100, but the Q220 (the grill I purchased) is somewhat more cumbersome, so even with this cart, portability isn't the easiest... probably would have gone with more stationary cart for the larger grill.

Typical Grill StandJul 19, 2009
The Weber Q grill stand does as advertised - holds any of the Q series grills off the ground. It doubles as a cart for easy transportation of the grill while camping. The cart itself is a little wobbly, but seems to hold the grill steady. Works fine for my limited deck space in an apartment, but I'd recommend if you don't travel with the grill to get the Q 200 and the stationary grill. If you do travel with your grill this cart will meet your needs perfectly.
