You will not need any other iron!Nov 02, 2009 When I tried this model of Panasonic I decided that this is the perfect thing human being can create. I have mine for the last 4 years, I bought the same model for all my relatives and friends. They also love it ! Excellent product. Try it and it will become your favorite thing in the house. :-)
Great IronAug 11, 2009 Great Iron. Love the convenience of loosing the cord. Iron stays hot and produces great steam. Took a while to get in the habit of setting it back on the deck instead of sitting it on it's end as with a corded, but no big deal. Didn't realize when purchased that the iron itself had no battery and didn't actually produce the heat. I was a little concerned about this when I first realized this but it actually works very well like this and I don't have to worry about replacing rechargeable battery packs. My only complaint is that the automatic shutoff never completely shuts off. It goes to a standby mode which still produces heat and I still have the nagging worry of -did I unplug the iron?? that I was looking forward to eliminating with an automatic shut off model. Oh well, overall it is still a great iron.

Light and easyJul 05, 2009 This iron is very light, a great improvement over my last cordless iron. It holds the heat much better, too. The non-stick finish means that spray starch doesn't leave a dark sticky stain on the soleplate, again an improvement over my old iron.
The removable reservoir is interesting but not a particularly useful feature. Since it is plastic, I wonder how durable it will be in the long run, with being removed and handled so frequently.

Happy CutomerJun 23, 2009 I love my new Panasonic cordless iron. I do a lot of sewing. I would say I probably sew 4-5 days a week. We have 10 grandkids and I make a lot of things for them. I also sew for friends now and then. Plus I belong to an outreach group at my church and sew a lot for that group. I love my cordless iron. I am not fighting a cord all the time. I also love the steam feature because the tank holds a lot of water and does not run out every few hours. I am very happy with this prodcut and would recommend it to everyone.Panasonic NI-L46NR Cordless Steam Iron with Nonstick Soleplate

Love this iron!Jun 13, 2009 I am a sewer and a quilter and use this iron almost daily. We have had it over 2 years. My husband uses it regularly for his shirts. It is light-weight and easy to use. I have taken it to sewing classes conviently because of the easy carrying case. You only need to put it back on the base while you are re-positioning your fabric/clothing and it keeps hot. Not having to wrestle with a cord all the time is well worth the second it takes to put it in the base.
