The TRUNK-LOC is the same as the SNI-35 but with a low voltage trigger built into it. It is an Adjustable Line Output Converter (LOC) with Remote Trigger Output. The low voltage circuit senses voltages as low as 0.8 volts and gives you a 12 volt output with a one second delay. This is probably the best LOC (line output converter) on the market.
Features:
Used when adding an amplifier to a factory radio
Converts the radio's speaker level output to the lower amplifier (RCA) level input of the amplifier
Both channels of the TRUNK-LOC are Independently adjustable
Provides a low level trigger circuit for controlling an amplifier
Can trigger off of speaker leads or +5 volt remote wires
Eliminates turn on pops in amplifiers
Adds a remote turn on for aftermarket amplifiers in vehicles without a factory remote wire
Uses audio transformers for noise isolation, is phase adjusted, has 0.5 dB liearity from 20 Hz - 20 kHz

In-line converterSep 29, 2009 For those looking to power an amplifier, but don't want to run a remote wire through your dash and into your head unit. This will work. It feels cheaply built (plastic), but it does the job.
