Not their fault, item had problems.Oct 25, 2008
I had a problem with the extender but the company was absolutely great helping me out.
I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Works like a charmMar 10, 2008
Bought this with some sceptisism but works absolutely perfect. Once you have it hooked up to your network and your Pronto 9400 control panel setup to use it, it works without a hitch. Great product and would recommend to anyone.
