 legacy 4 guage wiresNov 19, 2009
I purchase the wire and got it real fast, the wires are not 4 guage and their more like 8 guage wires to me,from other review some says it real 4 guage but its not, if you want real 4 guage wires compare with audio lighting and rockford and you will see real 4 guage wires. As far as Dependable Resource they are the best, I email them to return it and they were glad to refund my complete purchase except for shipping, its not their fault it the manufacture who is making the product, the reason for one star is that shipping was at my expense when the product should have been as advertise so I didn't had to return it.

I ordered this kit based on other reviews. I received the kit promptly and in proper packaging. The kit looks nice and it would work fine on a smaller amp. The kit is supposed to have 4ga. power wire, it's around 6ga., it's suppose to have 12 speaker wire, it's closer to 18ga., the remote wire is supposed to be 16ga., it's closer to 20ga.. I spent money on this kit and it is a rip-off in my case where I need the wire it was supposed to have. Now, I have to order more wire to make up for the deficiencies in this kit. I have worked in Electronics/Electrical field for over 30 years so I know my wires. The Chinese are stealing us blind with their inferior products.

This amplifier installation kit is perfect. It comes with everything that you need to install your amplifier and speakers or subwoofers. The kit is exactly as described other than the RCA cables being non-90 degree. The kit's included 60A fuse matched perfectly with my Kenwood 9104D amplifier's 2 30A fuses too.

this item was just as orderded, arrived very fast and worked. it was 4 gauge wire. this is great for the price. would buy again if needed another. RCA cables were not 90degree though. i had enough room and so i didn't matter but the item worked as wanted.

Good price & good product. This amplifier installation kit came with every wire I needed to install my amp & subs. My only complaint is that the RCA cable was advertised as a 90 degree a cable, but the cable had straight plugs not 90's. Fortunately I had enough room behind my head unit to use it. The "4-gauge" power & ground cables really were 4-guage. My equipment works perfectly with this kit.
