Good productNov 19, 2009 From exterior looks the product looks good and the condition was excellent. Gauge shows that the product is in usable condition. I have it in my kitchen and hopefully can use it when needed.

Perfect size for the kitchenAug 19, 2009 Good size for home use. handy to keep in case of fire. Might be good to keep 2 units due to small size.
I JUST RECEIVED IT IN RECORD TIMEJun 21, 2009 I ORDERED IT JUNE 16 2009 AND RECEIVED IT BY MAIL JUNE 19. I THINK THAT WAS GOOD SERVICE, IT LOOKS GREAT IN MY KITHEN IT BLENDS IN GREAT WITH MY WHITE CABINETS. I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO USE IT, BUT IT'S THERE IF I EVER NEED IT. Can't rely on Kidde Extinguisher in fireJan 11, 2009 I received a Kidde fire extinguisher similar to this model a few years back, but didn't take it out of the box until we recently moved into our new house. Unfortunately, the meter indicated the extinguisher had no charge.
I contacted Kidde and told them about it, and they sent a replacement several weeks later. This is the model they sent, but unfortunately, its meter showed a low charge as well, and it had dust all over it and appeared to have possibly been used, or returned by someone else.
Given the fact that I've had two Kidde extinguishers, supposedly both brand new, and both either had no charge or lost their charge rapidly, I cannot rely on their products to protect me or my family in case of an emergency. I'm aware that safety devices like this should be checked regularly to make sure they work, but at the rate these lose their charge, they aren't worth their weight in air.
I contacted their customer service regarding this issue via phone and email, but never heard back. If they don't care enough about customer satisfaction to call back, and their products aren't reliable, how can I rely on them for the safety of me and my family? I can't, so I can't recommend this or any of their other home safety products.
