The HoMedics massager was better than expected. I love that you can adjust the roller width. It hashelped tremendously with my headaches.

I love my quad roller massaging chair. I use it every day several times during the day. I wish I had gotten the next one up in the line though. I need neck and shoulders done as well. But it's a great product.

I love this purchase. I have bad pain in my shoulder and this do help tremendously. If I were to design this I would make it longer though.

It's much shorter than it should be. As a result, it really can't massage the upper back. Otherwise a good product. I would recommend for someone 5'5 or shorter.

Received it today, about two hours ago, followed all of the directions and sat down. It went from the lower back up to the top of the back with the Shiatsu message. All is well? Nope! From this point on, it stays at the top position and will not go back down. The rollers do nothing, only the Shiatsu works but in one place only.
Returning tomorrow...I'm done with Homedics as I have had nothing but unsatisfactory results with them, although this is the first time I have actually had a Homedic product malfunction.
