3OK, but lacking in some important featuresNov 21, 2009
While I agree with most of the reviews, I do find it lacking in certain areas:

1. There is no inside light. This makes seeing how things are cooking very difficult.

2. The timer does not turn off the oven when time has completed.

3. Control buttons are very difficult to read because they are the same stainless as the panel.

4. Some functions require a sequence of buttons to push and requires the manual to do a simple task.

5. The convection fan makes a loud humming sound.

BUT, it was a bargain at COSTCO.

5Whole family LOVES this oven!Nov 19, 2009
We previously had a toaster oven that had knobs, and we broke them both. So, that is why we chose one with no knobs. This oven is a great little size, is very easy to clean, cooks perfectly and quickly, preheats super fast and we are so pleased with it. Would highly recommend this item!

4Nice OvenNov 16, 2009
The Good-
- seems to heat evenly
- convection works well
- toaster works very well compared to our last oven
- looks great
- very nice broiler pan
- controls are nice, but worried about the longevity and showing wear
- fits our over sized plates

The not so good,
- fan is noisy on convection - worse at times like it is out of balance
- crumb tray is removed from the back, looks better but you have to unplug the oven and turn it around to access
- metal strip on top of the door does get hot, watch when grabbing handle

Overall nice oven and a good value.

5Terrific Toaster OvenNov 16, 2009
This oven has met my every expectation and more! I now use it for almost all of my toasting, baking and broiling needs. It does a fantastic job and saves me time and money as it heats very fast and bakes in a much smaller space and in about half the time compared to my large kitchen oven. It is easy to clean and has a nice style and appearance. I love this oven!

4Very good but some flawsNov 16, 2009
This is a very good little appliance, but I can't quite give it five stars. Here are the strengths and weaknesses:

Strengths:

1. Fantastic at baking. It heats up fast, and it's a great alternative to a full-sized oven, and the convection oven works very well. I love this.
2. It's big enough to cook a whole pan of brownies (9 x 9 pan). I'm pretty sure you could cook a whole small chicken in there too (though I haven't tried this).
3. Sturdy, well-constructed, feels like it's going to last a while.

Weaknesses:

1. Toast! It takes a long time to toast compared to my old toaster oven. If you lower the rack, the toast gets burn marks on it.
2. Controls are poorly designed - it's hard to figure out how to do stuff with it. I still can't figure out how to raise the temperature once you've already got the oven going, and I filed the instructions away already.
3. Crumb tray access through the back - this is an inconvenience more than anything.
4. The fact that you have to pull the rack out to get at anything is surprisingly annoying. I didn't think this would bother me, but it does a little.

Though it looks as if there are more weaknesses than strengths, I still give it 4 stars because it is so good at what it does well, and the construction is so sturdy.
