After 2 Panasonic fax machines failed, I decided to risk trying something new, not an easy task when you are an "electronically challenged" senior citizen who went kicking and screaming from the typewriter to the computer. I was amazed at how easy it was to set up my Brother IntelliFax 2820. I didn't have to call my geeky son in Atlanta or equally geeky nephew in Sacramento. This machine came out of the box ready to go and, within an incredibly short amount of time, was fully functioning. It's beautiful, efficient and inexpensive. Kudos to Brother for creating such a gem!

This is an easy to use machine. You will need a bit of desk space for it, but over-all, this is a good machine.

Very fast, lots of programming we probably won't use, but great on the basics and options for lots of things.
