I've had a steam cleaner for 5 years now, but a pet for less than one. I decided to try this for a couple of new spots on the carpet from potty training. I wish I had tried it years ago. This cleaned every room far better than any other steam cleaner detergent I have used. I bought it on a whim, not really thinking I needed a "pet" formula detergent seeeing as I have a 7 lb indoor dog, but figured why not give it a try. My boys track much more mess into the house than the dog does- and this product took care of it better than any other.

THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT FOR CAT PISS AND DOG POOP! IT REALLY WORKS WELL ,THE TRICK IS TO LET IT SIT ON SPOT FOR at least 6 HOURS!DO NOT RINSE, LET DRY !THANKS BISSELL 4 HAPPY PET OWNERS!

Very pleased with this product for cleaning/shampooing carpet. Did a much better job than anticipated. Most appreciated odor removal.

We own a Bissell carpet cleaner and have used both this and generics with it. The Bissell solution is vastly superior in every way - especially the "Pet Stain and Odor Removal Formula." No residue and the scent lasts pleasantly quite a while.

I cannot comment on the product as it was never delivered. It has been over 30 days since ordered. Made contact with True Value, but still no product. They say it's being shipped. Reminds me of "The check is in the mail" answer given when it not true. I have ordered hundreds of items from different vendors, and this has been the worst. I doubt that I will ever order any thing from True Value again.
